1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Axis Prompts AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Performance Guarantee & Billing
Our core offer is performance-based. We do not invoice for the initial build of the AI sales infrastructure. Invoicing only occurs once the system is live, tested, and actively managing your sales flow as agreed upon during the Discovery phase.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, product catalogs, and access permissions required for us to integrate the AI with your existing channels (e.g., Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business API).
4. Intellectual Property
The underlying code, prompt architecture, and system design remain the intellectual property of Axis Prompts AI. The data generated, your customer lists, and your specific business knowledge base remain solely your property.
5. Limitation of Liability
We build systems designed to maximize sales, but we do not guarantee specific revenue figures. We are not liable for business losses, data corruption resulting from third-party API changes, or issues arising from platforms outside our direct control.
